In this page, you will find instructions/tips on how to enroll your child for the school year. No matter if you are new to Dallas ISD, or returning, there will always be helpful information for you!
Scanning the QR Code next to this will take you directly to Dallas ISD's Parent Portal, where you can either enroll your child at your selected school or start a new Dallas ISD application.
The buttons linked below will also take you to Dallas ISD's enrollment information page or to the Discover Dallas ISD page, where you can see all the schools and programs our district has to offer.
If you are new to Dallas ISD (first-time enrollment), you may need to complete a Choose Dallas ISD application (if, at all, needed) but you must upload the following documents:
- Parent/guardian's photo ID
- Student's birth certificate
- Student's social security card (if applicable)
- Student's required immunization records
- Proof of address (which can be a current bill (gas, water, etc.), or a lease agreement/mortgae statement)
If you are a parent who's child is returning to Dallas ISD for another school year (meaning you have completed an application in the past or have enrolled your child previously at a Dallas ISD school), these are your requirements:
- Parents/guardians must go through their child's registration, confirm that each document uploaded is up to date. At the end of confirming all documents are correct, the parent/guardian MUST upload a copy of their photo ID and proof of address.
If you have any questions, concerns, or you simply need help with registering your child, please conact Ms. Gutierrez, our Data Controller. You can also stop by the school during open hours, and our staff will gladly assist you in this process.
